Svana FC have suffered from a major humiliation by Jeenyo FC on Monday when they were given a 2-0 thrash during the match number three of Somalia's 2013 Nation Link telecom championship, held at the city's sole functioning facility.

The two goals came from one of Jeenyo’s top strikers Abdulkader Sharif Muqtar (number 9) who was recognized as Monday’s game man of the match. In the 26^th minute of the first half he scored his 1^stgoal, while he did the second goal in the 60^th minute of the second half.

Savana FC boys made some successive goal attempts, but their struggle to compensate for the goals ended in smoke, as Jeenyo left with the three points that wining of a football match brings.

Meanwhile, according to the fixtures Elman FC will take on Banadir Sports Club on Tuesday. This will be the most zealous and hottest match since the league started in Mogadishu on Friday last week.

The ticket selling centres have been over-crowded for the past two days with most people buying tickets for Tuesday’s Elman-Banadir Sports Club clash.
